I. General Provisions

  • 1. Introduction

    • 1.1 Throughout these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”), “Services” refers to all offerings by MyAdvisor, including but not limited to consulting sessions, webinars, digital resources, and any associated programs or initiatives.

    • 1.2 References to “User(s)” or “Client(s)” include any individual or legal entity accessing, registering for, or using MyAdvisor’s Services. By accessing or using the Services, you accept these T&C in full.

  • 2. Applicability

    • 2.1 These T&C apply to all contracts, bookings, or agreements established between MyAdvisor and its Clients, unless otherwise specified.

    • 2.2 MyAdvisor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice.

II. Privacy & Data Protection

  • 3. Privacy Policy

    • 3.1 Use of MyAdvisor’s Services is subject to our separate Privacy Policy, which you are deemed to agree to by using the Services.

    • 3.2 You consent that MyAdvisor may collect, process, and store your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for purposes such as Service delivery, marketing, and internal analytics.

  • 4. Recordings & Promotional Use (if applicable)

    • 4.1 If MyAdvisor records sessions (e.g., webinars, workshops), those recordings may include your likeness or contributions. MyAdvisor may use these materials for promotional or educational purposes in various media formats.

    • 4.2 You may opt out by notifying MyAdvisor in writing prior to the session. While reasonable efforts will be made to respect this, incidental inclusion in recordings cannot be fully prevented.

III. Payments & Refunds

  • 5. Payments

    • 5.1 Fees for MyAdvisor Services must be paid according to the invoicing or payment instructions provided.

    • 5.2 MyAdvisor may use third-party payment processors; your use of such platforms is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

  • 6. Refunds & Cancellations

    • 6.1 Refund and cancellation policies, if offered, are specified per Service. In absence of stated policy, Services are non-refundable after access has been provided.

    • 6.2 MyAdvisor may cancel or reschedule Services; in such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduling where feasible.

IV. Liability & Responsibility

  • 7. Limitation of Liability

    • 7.1 MyAdvisor makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or complete effectiveness of its Services.

    • 7.2 To the extent permitted by law, MyAdvisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from use of its Services.

  • 8. Force Majeure

    • 8.1 MyAdvisor shall not be held responsible for failures due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or technology failures.

V. Intellectual Property

  • 9. Content Ownership

    • 9.1 All content provided by MyAdvisor, such as materials, recordings, reports, and intellectual content, remains the property of MyAdvisor and Clients. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

  • 10. Client Deliverables

    • 10.1 Unless otherwise agreed, any work product or deliverables created specifically for a Client remain the property of MyAdvisor until full payment is received.

VI. Termination & Amendments

  • 11. Termination

    • 11.1 Either party may terminate an agreement for material breach if unremedied within a reasonable timeframe following written notice.

    • 11.2 MyAdvisor reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for any Client violating these T&C.

  • 12. Amendments to T&C

    • 12.1 MyAdvisor may modify these T&C at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of Services implies acceptance of the updated T&C.

VII. Miscellaneous

  • 13. Severability

    • 13.1 If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and any such invalid clause will be replaced with a lawful provision that achieves its intent.

  • 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    • 14.1 These T&C are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.

    • 14.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through Dubai court, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
